General Information, continued... NON-STANDARD DIMENSIONS Please secure a quotation whenever catalog specifications or listed alteration charges do not provide for pricing of the item required. When requesting a quotation, please supply all the information available in writing and include a print if possible. Orders for non-stock or altered parts are subject to cancellation charges after work has been started. Do not specify hub diameters, lengths or other variable dimensions unless absolutely necessary as variations from stock dimensions will usually require an additional charge. SPECIAL RUNS - LARGE QUANTITIES OR NON-STOCK ITEMS For large quantities it may be advantageous to secure a quotation. If delivery time permits a special run, a price lower than that of a standard part plus tabulated alteration charges may be possible. We welcome your inquiries for sprockets or gears of non - stock dimensions or made from alloy steels, stainless steel, bronze, aluminum, plastic or other materials. Because of material defects, miscounting, loss in manufacturing, or other factors, it is difficult on large orders to complete the exact number of parts specified. Whenever the quantity of made-to-order or altered stock parts completed is within 5% (over or under) of the quantity ordered, we will ship and bill for the number actually completed and consider the order complete.
