  1. Do you have an emergency weekend phone number?

    Yes! Our plant runs 24 hours a day from midnight Sunday to midnight Friday. Your first line of contact for after hours service is our regular phone number:

  2. What is your freight policy?

    All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin with freight prepaid and allowed on shipments weighing 500 lbs. or more, predicated upon our option of routing. We are always happy to work with you in obtaining the shipping services you need, but if more expensive routing is specified any additional cost of transportation, packaging or handling will be charged with the goods. Published prices do not include special packing for export. When split shipments are requested, freight will be allowed only on individual shipments of 500 lbs. or more. Shipments split at our option will be prepaid, but if delivery requirements do not allow time for completion of order, partial shipments necessary to meet delivery dates on certain items must weigh 500 lbs. each to qualify for freight allowance.

  3. How late can I order and still ship today?

    This depends whether the item is shipped by truck, UPS, or other carrier. Please call to verify. We are located on the pacific time zone. This allows customers in the central and eastern United States the opportunity to order later in their day and still achieve same-day shipment.

  4. What is your policy regarding returned goods or order cancellation?

    Returned goods are not accepted without prior authorization.

    Orders for special items may be cancelled only by written request and with our written acknowledgement. Costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed.

    In order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, please secure permission before returning any merchandise. Returned stock must be in new condition and be returned freight prepaid. The return of a large quantity, even though a stock item is subject to negotiation.

    All stock or quoted prices are subject to any additional taxes or duties that are applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays beyond our control.
