Gear Grinding: Ground tooth forms are available for the following:
  • Spur Gears: 14 through 2 ½ D.P. (and equivalent Circular and Metric pitches); 19” max. dia.; 5 ½” max. face

  • Helical Gears: 14 through 2 ½ D.P. (and equivalent Circular and Metric pitches); 19” max. dia.; 5 ½” max. face

  • Worms: 16 through 1 ½ D.P. (and equivalent Circular and Metric pitches); 12” max. dia.; 16” max. face
     Please inquire about your specific requirements.

Gear Rack: 20 through 1 ½ D.P.; 12” max. face; available with ends milled-to-match; and/or other special milling

Helical Gears: 96” max. dia., 24” max. face; 24 D.P. through 1 D.P. (and equivalent Circular and Metric pitches)

Herringbone &Double Helical Gears: 96” max. dia., 18” max. face; 16 D.P. through 1 ½ D.P. (and equivalent Circular and Metric pitches)

Miter Gears: 16 through 1 D.P.; to 50” Pitch Dia.

Spiral Bevel &Miter Gears: 1” to 60” Pitch Dia.

Splined Shafts &Bores: Involute and straight sided splines can be cut in many configurations. Please inquire for specific capabilities.

Spur Gears: 96” max. dia., 28” max. face; 32 through 1 Diametral Pitch (and equivalent Circular and Metric pitches)

Worm Gears: 88” max. dia., 16 D.P. through 1 ½ D.P. and equivalents, including non- standards

Gear Inspection: Critical elements of gear quality (such as lead, involute and spacing accuracy) may be inspected here using analytical inspection equipment.
