Other Custom Gear Capabilities SPLINES (SHAFTS AND BORES): We can produce many types of splines, both internal and external, including those integral with other gears. Inquire about specific capabilities. WORM GEARS AND WORMS: Worm gears and worms are made-to-order in a wide range of configurations. Gears: to 87" dia.; Worms: cut to 6" diameter; can be ground if required. GEAR BOX REPAIR: Existing gear boxes can be given new life through our rebuild service. Replacement gears can be made for on-site installation or we can replace all the gears, bearings and seals here at our facility. We produce replacement gear sets for OEM equipment at a fraction of the cost of buying replacement parts from OEM's! |
