TaperLock® Products - Stocking Items TaperLock is a Registered Trademark of Dodge/Roekwell Automation.     Single Strand Steel Sprockets: No 35 through No 200; many sizes stocked both with and without induction hardened teeth. Double Strand Steel Sprockets: No. 35 through No. 80. Driver sizes standard with hardened teeth. Extended Pitch Sprockets: Single strand, steel sprockets for Small Roll series extended pitch chains - No. 2040 through No. 2080. Driver sizes standard with hardened teeth. Chain Coupling Sprockets: Taper-Lock® bushed through 4" bushing bore - No. 40 through No. 120 chain. Pipe Adapters: 4", 6", and 8" diameter adapters for welding into standard pipes available from stock with Taper-Lock® bushed bores. Taper-Lock® Bushings: Standard inch-bore bushings through 8065, metric bore bushings through 3020, and steel bushings through 4040. Some sizes stocked in stainless steel, other sizes available made-to-order. Weld-In Hubs for Taper-Lock® Bushings: Many mechanical power transmission components can be adapted to various shaft sizes by welding in these adapter hubs.
